This is how it should be wired for 110 volts, it comes pre-wired at 220 volt

Line Voltage and yellow w/black stripe on terminal #1

Red terminal #4

Orange and brown wire on terminal #5 (move the connected white wire to #6)

Line Neutral and yellow to #6 and white wire moved from #5


Thru Bolt motors are identified by their welded base and the four bolts that run the full length of the motor and fasten to the legs of the wet-end. The heads of these bolts are 1/4 drive.
