Designed to prevent scale formation and aid in the removal of existing scale.
Proprietary formula prevents and inhibits calcium stain and scale buildup for protection of spa surfaces, heater, and other equipment. Spa Defender is a strong second generation blend of organic polymers designed to prevent scale formation and aid in the removal of existing scale. Also prevents the precipitation of dissolved solids.

Features:
Prevents calcium's ability to form scale. Protects against fouling of filters and equipment failure due to scale buildup. Most effective in high temperatures.

Applications:
1. Add directly to spa. Use 2 oz. for spas up to 800 gallons. Use 4 oz. for spas over 800 gallons.
2. Run filtration system for one hour, or normal filter cycle.

Tips:
Control of calcium can be very challenging, especially in spas. The high temperature and rapidly moving water results in excessive evaporation that leads to mineral buildup. This accumulation can cause fouling of filters and eventually heater or equipment failure. Regular use of SPA DEFENDER will prevent such buildup from occurring.
